Since 2004, I've proudly represented HUNDREDS of clients through both residential and commercial listings and sales.  I love making dreams of land ownership come true, whatever your dream is.  It could be a first home, a second home, upsizing, downsizing, dreams of owning your own business - all of it - I'm here for you!  It's all a great and fun learning experience for both of us!

My ultimate goal is just like Tim Gunn on Project Runway - MAKE IT WORK!  (The TIM'S have something in common!)

I love excitement, laughing, easing your fears - just ultimately taking as much stress out of the process and celebrate finding your dream.

What do I personally like to do?  I love traveling - I've been fortunate in my life to call myself a World Traveler.  During my travels and meeting people, I've actually added clients that have bought and sold real estate through me - so REAL ESTATE IS EVERYWHERE AND SO ARE OPPORTUNITIES!  Seize the opportunity!

Family is important and right at the top - our sons are now grown and successful adults (finally!  LOL!) and we have two wonderful Grandsons - Timmy and Felix - Timmy is of course my namesake (Timmy III - or T3) and Felix (named after my Grandfather).

In 2023, my father, Al Wojtala, passed away at age 94.  I inherited our family business as third generation owner of Down River Scrap Iron & Metal Company, located at 3901 11th Street in Wyandotte, Michigan.  My grandmother, Rose Wojtala, started the business in 1928 - an innovator and lady ahead of her time, in order to help feed the family.  My sons, fourth generation, work here as well - moving toward our Centennial celebration in 2028.

And happily married as well!  Lots of Hugs and Kisses, LOL.
